We do it for the hikes, festivals, late-night TV binges and early morning workouts. For the afternoons on the quad, game days, snow days, bike trips and road trips. For the experiences that leave behind memories, stickers, dents and dings—because those are what make our products uniquely yours.
Product Donation Information
We are currently accepting applications for Hydro Flask product donations from 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations operating within the United States.
Application Deadline: June 30, 2026
All applications will be reviewed in July. Selected organizations will be notified in August. Product shipments may take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive, so please plan for an estimated delivery in September. If your organization is selected to receive a donation, we will confirm available products and colors prior to fulfillment. Please note that we are unable to offer logo customization on donated products.
If your organization is selected to receive a donation, we will contact you to confirm which items and colors we have available. We are sorry we are not able to offer your organization’s logo on these donations.
Product donation requests must be in quantities of 24, with a minimum request of 48 units and a maximum of 240 units.
Product Donation Criteria
Before you begin your product donation request, please ensure that your organization and proposed use align with the following criteria:
Requests must clearly support one or more of Hydro Flask’s five giving pillars.
Product donations may be used for:
Participant rewards or program incentives
Community engagement or fundraising events (e.g., galas, benefit events)
Applicants must demonstrate responsible and efficient use of resources.
Organizational missions should align with Hydro Flask’s values of inclusivity, active lifestyles, environmental responsibility, and community well-being.
Eligible organizations must have offices or staff and conduct programming within the United States.
Qualified Applicants Include:
U.S. nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations that support music and the arts, sports and movement, outdoor recreation, environmental and climate initiatives, or efforts to reduce single-use products through education, access, or community engagement.

Hydro Flask’s product donation program supports organizations and programs aligned with five pillars. Across all pillars, we prioritize initiatives that remove barriers to participation and expand access and opportunity for underserved and underrepresented communities.

We support organizations that use music and the arts to foster creativity, connection, and self-expression, including:
Music education and access programs
Community-based arts and cultural initiatives
Creative programs that promote wellness, storytelling, and cultural expression
Sports
We support organizations and programs that promote movement, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles through:
Youth, amateur, and community-based sports
Adaptive and inclusive sports programming
Initiatives that increase access to equipment, facilities, and coaching
Outdoor Recreation
We support initiatives that encourage people to get outside and engage with nature through:
Programs that protect, maintain and expand access to outdoor recreation
Education and stewardship initiatives
Community-based outdoor experiences that promote physical and mental well-being
Environment & Climate Action Education
We support organizations working to protect natural systems and advance climate solutions, including:
Climate education programs
Initiatives that promote environmental responsibility and long-term stewardship
Single-Use Product Reduction
We support programs and initiatives that help reduce waste and encourage sustainable habits, including:
Reuse and refill programs
Education focused on reducing single-use plastics
Community initiatives that promote waste reduction and circular solutions
Selection and Notification Process
Product donation recipients are selected at the sole discretion of Hydro Flask. Quantities awarded may be equal to or less than the amount requested.
